THE WORKSHOP + CHEF

Lovin' Spoonfuls' invites you to join award-winning Chef Michael Scelfo (Waypoint, Alden & Harlow and Longfellow Bar) for an intimate workshop that will outline the essentials of successful dinners at home, focusing on recipes that prevent waste. Chef Scelfo will prepare 2-3 dishes that demonstrate waste-free cooking ideas, all easily adaptable for the home cook. During the demonstration, guests will enjoy snacks and wine prior to tasting Chef Scelfo's finished dishes. Each ticket supports Plenty, Lovin' Spoonfuls' culinary nutrition program that provides the individuals we serve with the culinary know-how to empower them to feed themselves and their families.

Registration is limited to 20 tickets maximum!

This event is strictly 21 plus. By attending, all attendees consent to being photographed.

Through Plenty, Lovin' Spoonfuls provides the people we serve with the food education, tools, and know-how to empower them to feed themselves and their families. The primary goals of Plenty include ingredient education, resourceful preparation of fresh food, and providing the people we serve with skills to use whole ingredients in meal preparation.

Quarterly, Lovin' Spoonfuls hosts intimate 20-person Season workshops with acclaimed chefs at the BCAE. Upcoming 2019 dates are:
